Home Alone is a beloved Christmas comedy that follows eight-year-old Kevin McCallister, who is accidentally left behind when his massive family rushes off for a holiday vacation to Paris. Initially thrilled to have the entire house to himself, Kevin quickly learns to fend for himself when two clumsy burglars, Harry and Marv (the "Wet Bandits"), target his seemingly vacant home on Christmas Eve. Kevin transforms the house into a booby-trapped fortress, defending his turf with increasingly elaborate and hilarious schemes until his frantic mother can finally race back to be reunited with him.
