Leaving his overprotective but loving mother behind, William plunges into the chaotic world of sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll, attempting to get an honest interview while navigating the egos of the band members, particularly the enigmatic lead guitarist, Russell Hammond, and developing an unrequited crush on the captivating, free-spirited "Band-Aid," Penny Lane. As William witnesses the highs and lows of fame and the genuine humanity behind his idols, he must find his voice as a writer and decide whether to report the truth or protect the new friends he has come to admire.

Uno Tournament at Ground Control

  • 10 North Wenatchee Avenue Wenatchee, WA, 98801 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Shuffle up and deal — we’re hosting an UNO Tournament that’s all about fun, not early knockouts. This is a points-based, non-elimination format, which means everyone plays multiple rounds and no one is out after a single bad draw.

Players will compete in several short rounds, earning points based on how they place each game. At the end of the night, the top scorers face off at a final table to crown our UNO champion.

Whether you’re ruthless with a Draw Four or just here for the chaos, this tournament is designed to keep things social, low-pressure, and entertaining from start to finish.

What to expect:

Points-based, non-elimination tournament
Multiple rounds of play for everyone
House rules posted (and enforced)
Prizes for top finishers
Drinks, chaos, and plenty of friendly trash talk
Come solo or bring friends — all skill levels welcome.
Spots are limited, so show up early to sign up and grab a seat.

A Documentary Film by North Forty

Presenting Sponsor: Wenatchee Valley Medical Group

Additional Sponsors:
Cordell Neher & Company

Donn and Kathryn Etherington
Brian and Sara Higgins

Through the eyes of four passionate directors, Precious Little Theater explores the transformative power of live performance—revealing how theater fosters connection, inspires personal growth, and brings communities together.

For 25 years, the Numerica Performing Arts Center (PAC) has been more than a stage —it’s been the cultural heartbeat of Wenatchee Valley. Precious Little Theater takes audiences behind the curtain to explore the power of live performance through the journeys of four visionary directors who have found their creative home at the PAC.

Through intimate interviews, backstage moments, and electrifying performance footage, this film captures the passion, resilience, and artistry that bring the stage to life. Featuring voices from seasoned professionals to young performers, the documentary highlights how theater transforms lives, builds empathy, and strengthens communities in ways no other art form can.

But this film is more than a tribute—it’s a call to action. As arts funding faces uncertainty, Precious Little Theater makes the case for why live performance must not only be preserved but championed.

For more information on the project and to learn more about sponsorship opportunities, visit: www.preciouslittletheater.com

Precious Little Theater features the following directors:
• Jaime Donegan – Hot August Nights and Wenatchee Follies
• Nikolas Caoile – Wenatchee Valley Symphony
• Paul Atwood – Apple Blossom & Wenatchee School District Musicals
• Melissa Port – Fabulous Feet Dance Studio

Tickets: $25 for an assigned seat | $50 for an assigned seat and sponsor credit in the film.

We know you love the Numerica PAC, but being a producer isn’t in the cards. Your $50 covers your $25 ticket, and $25 goes toward finishing the film. You’ll also get your name in the credits!

Old Time Radio Show: A Christmas Story

Directed by Dani Schafer-Cloke and Foley Director James Wallace

Presented by: 560 KPQ

A Christmas Story follows 9-year-old Ralphie Parker growing up in the Midwest in the 1940s and his quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree for Christmas. Ralphie pleads his case before his mother, his teacher, and even Santa Claus himself at Higbee's Department Store. The consistent response: "You'll shoot your eye out!" All the elements from the beloved motion picture are here, including the family's temperamental exploding furnace; Scut Farkas, the school bully; the boys' experiment with a wet tongue on a cold lamppost; the Little Orphan Annie decoder pin; Ralphie's father winning a lamp shaped like a woman's leg in a net stocking; Ralphie's fantasy scenarios and more. A Christmas Story is destined to become a theatrical holiday perennial.

Tickets: $26.50 | $31.50 | $36.50 | (Student & Senior Discounts Available)

Sponsored by: Kit and Caboodle Estate Sales

What is an Old Time Radio Show?

Before TV took over, radio was one of the world’s main sources of entertainment. Apart from news, commercials, and music, it also broadcasts shows: dramas, mysteries, comedies, and more. Families in the 1920s through to the 1960s gathered around to listen to what we now call old-time radio shows. Stories were brought to life live on the radio with voice actors and foley artists.

NOTE: Attendees must be 5+ years old to attend
The curtain speech will begin at 7:20 with no late seating after 7:30

Listen to it on KPQ live on December 16 & rebroadcast on December 24

From the moment the lights fade to darkness, you are transported into another world…another dimension, where the music moves you and the visuals are unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Welcome to the world of iLuminate, named “Best New Act in America” by America’s Got Talent in 2011. A fantastic fusion of cutting-edge technology and dance that has been wowing the world ever since appearing on AGT over a decade ago…to performing one of Las Vegas’ top shows to this day. iLuminate features a brilliant cast of the country’s top dancers performing to energetic music – including top Pop and Rock hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, a little jazz, a little Latin, a little hip hop and more. The dancers are outfitted with customized LED suits synced to iLuminate’s proprietary software to create extraordinary lighting effects with each of the phenomenally choreographed dance moves.

Tickets: $30 | $40 | $50 (Student & Senior Discounts Available)
