Join Grammy-nominated artist and body positivity advocate Mary Lambert for an empowering workshop on self-love and authenticity. Best known for her collaboration on Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's “Same Love” and her body-positive anthem “Body Love,” Mary’s music and activism have made her a leading voice in promoting radical self-acceptance. Her Gold-certified single “Secrets” topped the Billboard Dance charts, solidifying her genre-defying career.

This workshop, open to everyone (with a special deal for teens and those experiencing financial barriers), offers tools for overcoming body shame, building self-worth, and embracing vulnerability. Mary’s personal journey of art and healing will inspire participants to step into their authentic selves. Through music, storytelling, and creative expression, attendees will gain the confidence to stand up to negativity and support their own unique voices.

Core Learning Principles

The workshop centers on promoting body acceptance through an anti-diet framework, addressing weight stigma, and encouraging radical self-love, mindfulness, and unlearning harmful habits related to food, exercise, and body image.
