Weidner Project

Project Overview

Downtown Wenatchee is entering a major phase of investment centered around The Majestic Apartments and the revitalization of the historic Wenatchee jailhouse on South Wenatchee Avenue.

The project includes new housing, retail space, and streetscape improvements such as wider sidewalks, upgraded lighting, and enhanced pedestrian access. Construction will take place in phases through an anticipated completion in 2027.

While these improvements will bring long-term energy and opportunity to downtown, construction will temporarily impact parking, access, deliveries, and visibility for nearby businesses.

This information is designed to help businesses prepare, stay visible, and navigate construction with confidence.
