Shakti's has been owned and operated by local Chef Shakti Lanphere in Wenatchee, Washington, since 2001. Our open exhibition kitchen specializes in fresh, scratch-cooked Italian dishes such as Filet Mignon Al Pepe Verde, Pezzatto Di Bisteca - Drunkin' Style, an unmatched Bolognese Al Forno and our signature spicy Rigatoni 218. Shakti also keeps an array of beautiful, fresh seafood in her kitchen daily. Hand-made desserts such as warm Chocolate Pot Du Creme piled high with Chantilly Cream and freshly torched Creme Brulee are delighted over at Shakti's. Beautiful fabrics on rounded booths with low, intimate lighting work wonders for date nights, birthdays, anniversaries and business meetings.
